EA Sports World website reemerges
September 20, 2007 by pastapadre

EASportsWorld.com is apparently now operating with full functionality for all titles including Tiger Woods 08, Madden 08, and NCAA Football 08.
I have been unable to see if everything is working properly since the site was announced to have returned earlier this morning. Feel free to leave any comments about whether or not everything is up and running and functioning as intended.
Hopefully this represents the beginning of the end to the problems that have plagued the site since it launched with NCAA Football (which have been followed closely and reported on in detail here) and prevented consumers from utilizing advertised features of the games. The looming release of FIFA 08 on October 9th with its ties into the EA Sports World website will be a big test.

hi, i just spent a half a day figuring this out, thought id pass it along to some one, just for the sake of helping othere, etc. etc, i recently purchased tw 2008 for ps3 and could not log onto easportsworld no matter what i tried. i messed around with my internet settings, tried their little connectivity/ping test thing, tried a different web browser, nothing. all it would do is clock , forever. it reminded me of a website during super heavy traffic times, but no website has that much traffic. what i did eventually is go to their website, and go the support tab, where you send a message to their tech staff. i explained the problem , sent the email and within 2 minutes BAM im in. Either: 1/ some guy there hooked me up somehow, or 2/ simply by successfully creating the tech issue, for which the login worked, it created a memory or something of my login for the site, and then the site let me in , like a cookie or reverse cookie, dont know what youd call it. i dont really know, but i would suggest anyone who gets bogged up, just go do what i did, maybe itll work for ya.
peace.
