First highlight video from NCAA Football 08 demo

Here is the first highlight video I put together with footage from the NCAA Football demo. Keep in mind this was completed at just about 3:45am so I question how good it might be. Regardless I hope you guys enjoy it. I’ll keep doing videos over the coming days as well as posting my full impressions of the demo along with some screenshots.

Don’t know if anyone will read this, but here are my impressions:
I just played it a few times. I love the loose feel. I even tried to get a few gang tackles. They didn’t happen that much but you sure knew when they worked. The Hitstick 2.0 is good, but it will take an adjustment for me. What I love from the game is that you know which play to audible to on offense. The leadblocker from Madden helped out my normally dismal running game.The defensive audibles are there with helpful indications for both sticks, but I found myself staring at them before I could make a real adjustment.

The game seems to flow very nicely, and since I’m all about realism, I’m all for that. I’m looking forward to this years edition of Madden and NCAA more then any other year, it seems to be getting all positive reviews. This is the first year I have ever reserved NCAA, so I have high expectations.

Played a few games of the demo with a buddy earlier. Loved the user control, was very smooth as I had several user picks and catches. We got a chance to see a few of the sick new animations as well. Once my WR went up for a jump ball and then got his legs taken out mid air. Another time we got a sick animation on one of the hit sticks I had. Very cool stuff. I’m very excited for this years Madden and NCAA like Manny said.

I guess you missed the QB STILL scrambling out 30 yards.

No Pass Pocket what so ever, the DEs play horribly.

The whole game is just bad.

I guess you wanna keep lying to your selves then thats cool but graphics dont mean everything.
