Sounds like one of your video files is corrupted. The way its fixed is to restart your console, that way it will detect the HD again. Then go through your latest videos and when you click on the one thats bad it'll tell you that you should delete it. You should be able to spot which one it is since instead of auto-playing on the screen when you scroll onto it, its just a generic still-shot NCAA Football logo.
