Ideas for NCAA Football 09

Like bama4life said Alabama playing Rammar Jammer would be awesome.
Also, make it where you can lateral it to a certain person or just chunk it because if you are down to your last play sometimes it won’t let you lateral and you will automatically get tackled. So make some kind of play or special feature for lateraling.
Division II and division III would be good to since app. state upset michigan
make the players get excited when they score a game winning or tieing field goal or td. They just act like it was a regular score.
Transfer request for campus legend
Able to be the return man in campus legend
Able to be on the o line, a tight end, fullback, and kicker in campus legend

also fans running out out onto the field after a big upset or game winning score
practice in offseason
halftime shows but give option to watch it or not
dorm rooms like it was in 06
play the pich up games of football, darts, and tug of war it said you did in campus legen after evening event

i think you should have better facemaks for all the different types of helements. you should have the crowed charge the field after a big win. have better camera views and stuff.

I think that a Coach career would be an awesome addition. It would be an add-on to the already existing dynasty mode except you start of by creating a coach and pick a playbook and set goals for your stay (i.e. how many years you want to stay, how many years until you contend for the conference championship, national championship, top 25) if the school likes the goals that you set they’ll hire you, if they want the goals set a little quicker than you want they won’t hire you. You can track your progress as a coach by your coach prestige rating which starts at 10 and improves as you reach your goals and win games. if you sign with a higher prestige program your points will jump. you fail to reach your goals you said during your interview, you lose points. Everything else that is in the dynasty mode already can stay the same. I think it would add an interesting spin on the dynasty mode. when you start out only the smaller schools will give you a serious look. but as you win more and improve your rating you can move up through the ranks and become a coach at a high profile school

also alternate uniforms would be awesome like georgia in black…and make it so you have more control over the team so you have to keep track of their academic progress and keep them out of trouble off the field…i liked having players suspended for missing class.

come on guys you know that ea ports produces the game those are good ideas though vbut i think it is highly unlikley for ea sports to do stuff like that but hey i have some ideas in stead of having brad lee kirk announce the entire game include college gameday where you can have rece davis lou holtz and mark may also have haltime like in nfl 2k5 only have chris flowers,desmond howard host it and holly rowe on the sidelines also what happened to pontiac game changing performances have those back in with new ones such as boise state/oklahoma auburn/virginia tech alabama/texas tech texas/usc appalachian state/michigan ulm/alabama

-I like what u guys r saying. I like the college gameday idea. But there is a couple things i want to see.

-Bring back the dark and orange visors. Also make a chrome looking one.

-Make a botomm line like ESPN has w/ games for the gameday on the game.

- Make a 1-AA dynasty mode.

-More alternate jerseys like the all purple at Clemson.

I love this. OK I like what winston said. I think that the coaches in dynasty should vote for the trophies,pontiac game changing performance, and coaches poll each week. Also there sholud be an actual trophy ceremony like at Disney and a actual Heisman ceremony

what about a create a rivalry game feature in dynasty/a.d./coach mode. if you play a team that is geographically a logical rivalry team and the games are close enough (top 10 greatest games feature) then you can add them as a rival after like 5 years and you can create a rivalry trophy

4. Better game modes.
5. on online play have a section for tournament mode so you dont have to go online and do it. go online is a pain in the butt
6. BETTER STATS. cant stress this enuf alota players shud be having 96 speed and they have 90! this really needs to improve.
7. better comentary it kinda sux they get annoying!
9. dont make west virginias bs offence so unstoppable.
10. put in actually plays that they run for example florida a tebow self playaction and a jump pass that wud be awsome.
11. make them have features like towels and eye shields, bicep bands, and the rite facemask they do in real life

when does this game come out i think they usually come out in june or july but im not sure

I will start off by saying ea has got the gameplay right and i also love the shrine. Please do not mess with those things too much.
Here’s what needs to be improved…
-presentation needs to get a total overhaul. Look at NFL 2k5 to see what i mean and please incorperate ESPN more. For instance, have an espn logo on the scoreboard and for replays instead of EA sports.
-Crowd annimations vastly need an overhaul. When u are watching a game at michigan stadium, do all 105,000 fans jump for two hours nonstop? No only the student section.
-Please add realistic bands to the stadiums.
-Add refs and chain gangs as well as coaches
-Please make the sidelines more vibrant. Have assistant coaches and players, camera men, security people and various people on the sidelines. You shoudnt see very much open space around the field.
-add realistic weather affects and changing conditions
-add many more band songs and team chants to the game like michigan’s go blue song, iron man, and other team spacific songs as well as generic ones that many teams use after almost every play just like in reality.
-add more coaching features that make you truly believe you are coach like create a coach with a tiger woods twist (game face).
-add a vast create a school feature.
-try and get real sponsers in the game like gaterade, underarmer, russel, pontiac, state farm, cocacola, pepsi etc and put them in their appropriate places on scoreboards and such.
-add alternate uniforms, including the hundreds of variations that oregon uses.
-add more to bowl and rivalry games. Make them feel more awarding and have harder hits etc in those games.
-have a post game show
-make the fields look better and realistic and have each different type of turf play a little differently to add a touch of realism. Have blads of grass fly up when appropriate and mud splashes in the rain and much better snow affects including footprints, snow banks, accumalating snow, etc.
-include something on the game simalar to college hoop’s 2k share
-have a deeper dynasty mode than ever with tons of options to choose from for every different type of person who plays this game.
-have a weekly sports show like college hoops 2k thing as well as the espn.com that u already have(this is the least important aspect to me but get it in there in the next few years)
-make jerseys and helmets look more realistic and move according to motions etc.
-bring back the stadium pulse thing you guys had in 2005 but make it less gimmicky.
-include player entrances that are team spacific like i see a lot of people already said.
-appropriate attendance for games and that sort of stuff
-make more hype surrounding the national champianship game, u know what i mean
-post game celebrations
-a more realistic simulation generator that reflects real life a little bit more, like big ten grudge matches or pac ten shootouts. Make each conference have its own personality acording to real life.

I know this is a long list and probably no one will read this but if someone from ea does read this, know that what you’ve got now is decent, but build on it instead of overhauling it each year. If it takes a few extra months to make improvements, by all means, take the extra time. If you truly make a real next generation game, which there are a very few out there, it will be worth it for both you the company and me. You can still bring back your reputation that you had three or four years ago if you just use your recources and not spend your time on gimicks. If you include some of my suggestions and create a real ncaa sim, i will be willing to spit out 90 bucks for the game and i think many other people will if you just give the extra effort. Please make some vast improvements on NCAA 09 for your fans sake.

15.Make the game more challenging
16.Let your legend return kicks and punts
17.Make stadiums more realistic like if you play FCS southeast not have a sellout crowd
18.Make snow and rain look realistic
19.Let it start snowing or raining in the middle of the game
20.Let jersey and helmet get dirty

is it just me or is there no facemask calls at all in ncaa 08, i have bene playing it for over a year and not one facemask call ever.
o and they cant put names on the back of jerseys cuz it is a conflict with the whole ncaa student athletes cant be sponsered. just like how u cant pay a recruit to come to ur school kinda like that

they should al so have confetti and fireworks after the bcs bowl games
and fan reactions after major upsets like people crying they should also put a new feature like pac-10 vs sec

they need to add create a school again. they also need to add a pre, half and psot game show. braging rights aftet the game. if it’s like OSU/ michigin when OSU kills michigin they need to be able to brag. and on tyhe national champinship game they need to have a huge huge pre game show for it. at the halftime show they need to show OSU doing scirpt OHIO . with the band.

It would be pretty sweet to allow online teamplay. Just like nba live 08 just began featuring where online teams can play 5 on 5 without any computer ai. Even if you cannot do full on teamplay, allowing 4 users on one system to play online together. Being able to player lock a position on offense and defense and playing as a team would be great. Also on 360 you need to be able to shift the offensive lines protections. Custom playbook would be sweet where you can mix and match plays and formations. Also being able to create your own plays, like the old ps1 game “gambreaker”. And finally possibly the addition of classic teams and players.

I think having more interaction with legend would be nice.
Also having the option to go pro if your coach is good enough for the nfl in dynasty.
Also pep rallys and interviews with legends.
Also the senior bowl for your legend before you end your career.
Also being able to see your espninstant classics again.
It would also be nice to have team to get exited with a big play ( like if you get a game winning TD and the team runs onto the feild).
Also if your a great player have pre game interveiws and get lee and kirk to talk about you.

Make it possible to transfer schools.
make it possible for the snow and rain to actualy effect you also make the snow build up and make the rain make the feild muddy make the snow like a packers game in the winter.
In dynasty actualy go see your recruit and retire certain alumni number.
It would be cool if you became a legend for a school and they have a ceremony to retire your jersey.
Also in dynasty to retire a jersey.
It would be coolto have a bowl game atmosphere at school and the games.
