I’m sure there are some that have been able to make it through the process, but the majority haven’t. You wouldn’t believe the number of google searches with terms like “ea sports world not working” and “when will photo face work” sending people to my site. I still haven’t even been able to complete the process.

One of the many reasons I’m still yet to buy a Live membership for the sports games I play (and I’ve had the console for almost a year now) and I’m yet to buy Tiger.

I was going to buy Tiger Woods 08, but after the Madden 08 letdown/debacle, I held off. It looks like I made the right decision.

I’m glad I didn’t buy this game right off the bat. I don’t understand why this doesn’t work. I mean, I upload photos all the time to Forza motorsport, check all of my stats, and even participate in message boards, and there’s never any meaningful issue with it (no lost photos, lots times, etc). I just don’t get it. I really hope EA figures out how to do this right, because this could be an awesome feature.
