Madden 08 roster update coming Thursday

Vick pleaded guilty and Roger Goodell has suspended him indefinitely. Regardless of his actions, since he is now suspended and is obviously not going to play this year, EA has done the logical thing by removing him. There is no discrimination here.

if your gonna remove vick,then you should remove leonard little, he killed a person while DUI,and Micheal Pittman for beating his wife and running into her with his H2 hummer!!!!now which one of you PETA people wants to say thats not as bad as what vick did.In know way am I saying what vick was doing was ok,because its not, i love dogs and i think its sick to do what vick was doing with them. all i’m saying is that if your going to get vick for killing dogs your sure as hell better get other stars for beating and killing humans!!!!!

I’d say all of the above is bad enough to not have to justify one being better of worse. It’s a matter of athletes getting away with shit the regular joe would be put under the jail for. They should all get the boot.

For everybody who wants to keep Vick in the game, EA has a .txt file on the official website of the game for those that don’t have acess to internet or xbox live. There you’ll see the list of things that they have changed during the current roster update. Then, you can make everything by yourself (manually)and decide who stays and who is gone. For those who want their roster updated so they can play online, they can save a roster made manually just for offline playing. Anyway, it’s a shame Vick put himself in that position. He destroyed his carrer and has only himself to blame.

I’m a falcons fan, and played with them when Chris Chandler was their QB. I’ll play with them now, with Harrington under center. If EA is going to claim to have accurate rosters, then Vick shouldn’t be there. He likely won’t be in the NFL for at least two years, and three is a more realistic number. I’m not hating here (One of my first pieces of clothing was a Steve Bartkowski Jersey), just being realistic. And frankly, the league should have been harsher on Little, Lewis, et al.

For someone calling people mindless idiots at least get your facts straight, Was Ray Lewis convicted for murder? NO. Leonard Little was. Vick has plead guilty. If you like or hate him he still plead guity and accepted that he must pay for breaking the law. Little got off easy but if he’s in the NFL, then EA isn’t going to take him off the game. Vick IS NOT IN THE NFL. so he is not in the game. Taking the name of Mr. Herpes, now thats mindless, but apparently you love riding his guilty pleading jock you loser.
