If it is on raising a good farm system and getting good players through them then maybe ROY Dustin Pedroia. Or what about a solid veteran who becomes the WS MVP Mike Lowell. i can tell you from what i know that of course they will be working on everything but focusing alot on fielding and that the minor leagues (A-AAA) were added this year
