NCAA Football 09 website has launched

Yes, its still December, but the website for EA Sports NCAA Football 09 has just gone live. Reachable through BCSPreview.com as well as easports.com the site currently features previews of the upcoming BCS games using the NCAA Football engine.

Following the Bowl season the site will fully transition into NCAA Football 09 mode. It is worth noting that EA has never launched a site for a game this far in advance of its release.

Interestingly it appears that the cover announcement may be coming a lot sooner than expected as they are already teasing it. It is unknown how soon following the end of the season that could be revealed considering some of the top candidates would be underclassmen who would need to declare for the draft. I’ll be previewing the most likely choices for the cover sometime over the next week.

they should make it where time outs have a bigger effect like so you can ice the kicker and if it happens to you, have to try keeping the kicker warm

first, you really need to give players more options with gear and equipment. on campus legend you need to give your players a clear visor also. it would be really nice if you could include the senior bowl. and include chants from the crowd. I would like if when I score a touchdown, the other team’s fans would stop cheering. and when you start your campus legend, I also wish you could go all the way through their senior year.
If you could do all that it would be really “in the game.”

all i ask is that ea please put back the cpu vs cpu option for those of us that like to sometimes sit back and allow the computer to play. Playing on-line is a joke because when you are winning a game, some sore loser disconnects and sometimes its just fun to let the computer give you the results. In fact i bet alot of people that play cpu vs cpu will notice that sometimes the results are true to life. In fact as a diehard USC TROJAN FAN, i set up a cpu vs cpu game vs stanford and i swear to you…stanford won the game 23-21….PLEASE EA..BRING IT BACK!

I love the campus legend mode and here are some ways to improve it:

-At Autzen Stadium(Oregon) on sunny days there is a shadow that covers like the hole flippin field so you can barely see what the heck you are doin.
-I made a FS and whenver i try to run(R2 on PS3) I stumbble like a retard
-Add a pregame,halftime,and post game show that show highlights of the game and other big matchups.
-Add more stuff to do every day like take a test to improve GPA or do drills to improve your attributes
-You should be ablr to change your view when on the field
-Make day to day more like you are actually your player

PLEASE!!!! put all Divsion II teams on it.
Because I know many people would want to play with App State and beat a good team on dynasty like in real life when they beat Michigan that would be great gameplay for all fans of the game!

is it me or is every field kicker right footed plus we need to see the whole field at the line of scrimmage AND after the snap cuz on out routes u gotta guess where the corner is and hope he didnt already break on the ball that goes comeback routes when u call audibles da qb dont make sure everyone hears even in loud stadiums he just sits there the qb should be able to juke, spin or stiff arm while scrambling behind the line of scrimmage tackling has gotten better but it needs to be vastly improved cuz i hit a dude at the knees he went up and as soon as sum 1 else hit him he reacts as if he wuz never hit by me THIS IS PS3 DA NEXT GENERATION ITS TIME 4 PLAYERS TO STOP WALKIN THRU OTHER PLAYERS THE INJURIES SUX AND THE SIDELINE ACTIVITY NEEDS IMPROVING!!!!!!!!! i think it will be hot if the controller vibrates when a qb with good pocket awareness vibrates when the qb is gettin pressured from the blindside in the pocket or while he scramblin until crosses the line of scrimmage or he throws the ball AND do something about the fumble recovery, it sux a player dives on the ball with one hand and recovers it instead falling on top of it AND why does every player on the sideline do the same thing at the same time why doesnt the pilawn fall over when a player or the ball hits it where are the refs during a field goal????? AND WHY on earth or in hell cant u dive over the top on goal line situations it shouled be a play or a button for that like clicking the r3 analog its bad enuff that players uniforms dont get dirty they dont even come untucked or helmets dont pop off occassionally i never seen a face mask penalty called either

I would like to see the players look more realistic. In NCAA 08 no matter what every lineman has a gut the size of a sumo wrestler. This i feel is not only annoying but disrespectful to guys like chris long and vernon gholston who are pure muscle but for some reason just because there a lineman they have a belly.

Also to add, when i play defense in football games i tend to control the safety most of the time. For some reason in the newer versions of the game when the CPU drops back to pass the screen doesnt widen. HOW CAN I COVER WHAT I CANT SEE!?!?!

you could play 4 players on the same team, (even on-line) on N.F.L. fever 2001-2004. It’s a shame we are forced to buy e.a. games because it’s our only option! E.A. will continue to pump out the same low budget junk as long as they own exclusive rights.
