Practice fix -
in campus legend you become a starter in 1-3 weeks and then don't have to practice again for the rest of your career? Does that sound dumb to anyone else?

Why not have dynamic ratings? If you do really bad in a game your rating should go down, even to the point where you lose your starting job. To build it up, you should have to go to practice.

Now this could be a very balanced way of keeping practice relevant. Think about it. If you throw an interception 2 points should be deducted, if you throw a touchdown two points should be added. at the end of the game you net loss/.gain should determine if you need to practice.

Player role improvement -
I also think that Campus legend should allow you to pick an offensive and defensive position out of high school.

You play both positions throughout the high school playoffs. Lets say WR/CB(could also be RB/LB, QB/FS, DE/TE). You should have different star ratings for offense and defense. During signing the school will show you where you will be in the depth chart for both positions.

After signing, you must choose which side of the ball to practice before each practice, building up your rating for offense and defense individually. Once you become a starter on both sides of the ball you will still have to practice, to keep you rating up, based on how you play in the game based on my first idea.

evening event improvement -
why are they so random. It gives the player a feel of detachment. 99% of the choices are no brainers, and most of the time it doesn't feel like it is relevant. "you decide to cook your own dinner"?

why not give us a real choice?
picture choices for an evening event like this.
a) work upper body( increase strength )
b) work lower body( increase speed )
c) study (increase G.P.A)
e) watch game film( increase awareness )
f) hang out with friends( increase popularity )
g) etc.
h) etc.

here is the twist: if you continue to pick the same option over and over again you increase the probability of becoming injured( or confused for studying/watching game film) doing that exercise, to the point where if you pick same option enough times in a row you will become injured. Alternatively, if you refuse to pick an option enough times, your stats in that department will begin to decrease.

Other "fixes" i can suggest are:
- punt return/ kick return. Seriously.
- night games. Why are there no night games after high school?
- coaches challenge.

Any thoughts?

also the part about not being able to return punts/kicks...seriously? thats not even realistic why would any coach leave a player with 4 flat speed (dont know what a 99s player would be in real life but im sure it would be pretty damn fast) sitting on the sideline while some other dumb ass goes out and returns the ball for 5 yards?
