MLB 08: The Show gameplay videos and screenshots

IGN has posted up a new set of screenshots (some of which are menu screens) as well as three gameplay videos from MLB 08: The Show (PS3). The gameplay screenshots definitely don’t have the same crisp look to them as the others that have been released and it may be that they weren’t captured in HD. That is true with the videos which makes a big difference.
Continue on to watch the approximately minute long videos which feature the Cardinals vs Cubs at Wrigley.

I also noticed that the game doesn’t look that good until it goes into a cutscene

true.. but most of the screenshots we’ve gotten so far for The Show have been in HD.. so it’s hard to compare since the video is not
now bring on some 2k8 videos!!!

Still not seeing much difference from last year. Again, not really a bad thing think I though last year’s game looked pretty good (aside from the textures).
