People from there (including myself, as I've been here 15 years now) have a bit of a skewed perception of what is right and wrong, acceptable and unacceptable. It shows with Terps fans... It starts all in good fun, but quickly gets way out of hand. I know it's bad when I got back home to NY and I'm over the top! We have fun around CP though =). Most of my buddies went to CP. I went to a small, private, GOOD school however =). College Park can be a great place to party, but yeah, most of the students come from affluent and predominantly white Montgomery County, MD. People from there (including myself, as I’ve been here 15 years now) have a bit of a skewed perception of what is right and wrong, acceptable and unacceptable. It shows with Terps fans… It starts all in good fun, but quickly gets way out of hand.

I know it’s bad when I got back home to NY and I’m over the top! We have fun around CP though =).
