When he was with the Giants some of the trades seemed a bit unrealistic but then I remembered how messed up the ratings are and durahm is like an 80 something. But with the Rockies the trades seemed really realistic and fair.
Man the Francise features seem nice.I like how it said Rich Aurillia said he was retiring at the end of the year. And how the Owner made him aquire another pitcher when he traded there ace (Jeff Francis).
Still cant wait to go cop this game.

Wow the franchise looks amazing. I will still probably mess mine up a ton though. I like all the different ways to trade because sometimes I just have no idea of what the other team wants.

nice, the franchise mode looks pretty sick.

Franchise looks great but I dont like the whole goal system. If I want to acquire a player I dont want to have a message popping up saying to trade him.

For 1 thing I am tremendously dissapointed in the 2K company. They have completely ruined the baseball franchise by releasing horrible games. Unrealistic gameplay from 8 homeruns in one game and half of them hitting right off of the hands traveling 408 ft. the opposite direction, to pitchers and fielders making throws across the body and off of the wrong foot but yet they accomplish a bullet throw accurate as a sniper to the base. I was just completely turned off by the garbage put out these past 2 years. I still play MVP and I pre ordered MLB 2K8 because I am such a die hard baseball fanatic but if they let me down once again with some arcade like baseball game……..I will switch over to PS3 and propose to MLB 08: The Show…lol…Seriously I am really tired of this company being so oblivious to their grade school games they put out on the market. Its POTHETIC yet I still have faith even without the demo and any sort of visual evidence that they have upgraded from mearly nothing…..Lets see come the 3rd or 4th…..Oh yeah and Pasta your site is amazing IGN and all others really do not show the interior of the games like you do…

I totally agree with what Mike said. IGN gave MLB 08 the show an 8.7 or something. I don;t think MLB 2k8 will get that becuase of the presentation. The presentaton and the announcing sucks in 2k8. Looks like the show this year. 2 Bad 2k8. Its such a shame. Plus no demo, the reason being they know that their product sucks so we wont get a chance to try the new pitching and hitting features. I am really mad. 2k what a lett down and Ben FU

Am i the only one who is bothered by the DUMB FRANCHISE year in and year out. I still cant believe we are in next gen and we have problems like goals that ask us to release a player we just signed! What the hell is wrong with the developers. Why would the Giants release Aaron Rowand when he is their centerfielder of the future who just signed. This makes me angry that they ignore the details. Is it to much to ask to not have annoying dumbness like this year in and year out???
While i have to sit here and suffer that the SHOW is not on the 360???? And i have a boring flawed mode to play which has barely been touched other than minor leagues. I love baseball but this besides a touch here and there sounds like the same franchise as last year. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB BRINKMAN
Im guessing the people who commented before me that the Franchise looks awesome, hasnt played this game the last two years, because it basically sounds unchanged. Everything he stated was in last years. I didn’t hear one improvement. Any comments?

I hope 2k8 is as good as the show because i am stuck with an xbox. The living legends team is a disappointment. There should be hall of fame teams like in MVP 05.

Hit the nail on the head right there my friend. Logic fails when it comes to 2K8’s Franchise mode, I for one am glad that I have PS3 and can enjoy the show.

I checked ign and gamestats and they have not reviewed it yet. They did review MLB 08: THE SHOW though.
