Thanks Pasta. It makes sense that would be a great selling point for NHL 09, but too bad, I’d like to have had it now.

It’s got me looking forward to 09 more than I already was.

they released it on accident and said it wasn’t fully tested. And they aren’t going to say this, generally I’m not this cynical, but its pretty obvious that with NHL 09 they want to advertise the new 6 vs 6 Online Team Play as a big deal

I don’t think they did, but I could be wrong. Last night, a couple of the lobbies I entered were set up for 6 vs. 6, but they didn’t fill all the way up. I only managed to get a maximum of 4 vs. 4 in a lobby that was set up for a full 12 players. But the previous night I was able to play a full 6 on 6.[/quote]

Wow, that’s odd that they’d have it up, and take it away. Was there noticeable lag with 6 vs 6? I’m just trying to figure out why something would be taken away like that.

Funny, I fired up my NHL 2K8 last night for the first time in a month and a half, only to find the last roster update was from December 4! How weak is that? Hopefully, 2K will get off their asses and give us a post-trade deadline update.
