I say that as a 2k fan who really wasn't impressed with the pre-game hype of previous years. It actually seems like this is the game they've been working on for these last 4 years, just stopping once a year to release whatever was ready at the time. (Did that make any sense?) It just seems like a LOT of worthwhile stuff added for one year's development. I also really like that the shot of Favre looks like a quarterback. I'm playing the Rams in '07 and Jeff Wilkins looks like a linebacker! So it's good that they finally redid the player models to look more realistic (like 2k had been doing for years). I wish that I was hearing some of the exact same things about NCAA... Especially the parts about Formation subs, Rivalry game presentation, and simulated stats being more realistic! I have typically been much more into NCAA but if Madden is as advertized here I have a feeling ill be playing much more madden this year! (Who knows... maybe ill get lucky & those things will be in NCAA but i doubt it seeing as how EA would definately advertized the rivalry game stuff by now w/ all of the attention theyre paying to "college atmosphere!")
