Time for Anonyman's fantasy Football Advice Column. Actually, it's just me pointing out three rookies that could have good years. More to come if anyone wants it.
Steve Slaton, RB, Houston: Houston hasn't had a blazing-fast running back in their history. Coach Gary Kubiak, former Denver offensive coordinator, should love to get another 1000-yard rusher after his past experiments failed. (Remember, when with the Broncos, he enjoyed a different face rushing for a thousand each year.)
Brandon "Go-to" Couto, K, Seattle: This idea follows something I like to call "The Nick Folk Formula." This formula is: Take a high-powered offense with an old kicker (aka Dallas last year) and, should they draft (or sign from the group of undrafted players) a kicker, said rookie kicker should enjoy a lucrative year. Folk was made the starting kicker in favor of Mike Vanderjagt, and the next thing you know, Pro Bowl. This should work the same way with Coutu (whose nickname, by the by, was concocted by my Seahawk-loving father BEFORE he was drafted).
Taylor Mehlhaff, K, New Orleans: See Coutu.

Fantasy football on your XBox 360...

Now this sounds pretty cool. Check out the promo video after the jump. A few of the spiffier features I learned about from Pasta Padre's interview with the producers:

If you're doing a live in-the-flesh draft with your buddies, you can use your HDTV...
Sounds good, I'm so going to take my fantasy team into Madden. I wonder if I'll draft any differently knowing that. There is already players I refuse to draft in fantasy cause I don't like them and couldn't stand them on my team lol.
Well something we've talked about is doing a league with our fantasy teams. I know you cant use them in the EA fantasy league but we could still do it with something like Leaguedaddy. So if I'm picking and I have a tough decision to make I might go with the guy whos better in Madden.

So why would it be any different?

I'm the same way. I'd never have Randy Moss or T.Owens on my fantasy teams and I certainly wouldn't here neither.
