Originally the game wasn't going to be a standalone release until EA was surprised by the amount of feedback they received, then decided to release it as standalone. Convince them that there is money to be made and you will get your PAL, though it would likely take some more time. Those of you who want/need a PAL release I would suggest looking in the NFLHC09 general forum at the EA site and post on those PAL threads.
