They actually come as close to saying "that was crap, we're sorry, we fired everybody involved" as you can without actually using those terms. I think I have the answers to georgiafan: Player ratings are flat grades based on schemes and a numerical potential rating. Practices aren't actually run through anymore, you are presented with options such as "work on pass rush" or "work with specific player" or "practice certain play" etc. to give boosts and how well your team knows a play through practices (and repetition during games etc) determines how well they perform that play. More excited for this game than Madden, NCAA is usually my main football game but it looks like Head Coach will be up there this year too.
