The rest of my post pretty much summed up what you said. The rule doesn’t say that they can’t be featured on games. It just says that they can’t get paid to do it, and due to liscensing restrictions (not NCAA rules), EA cannot have someone’s likeness on a game without paying them.[/quote]

They can’t be featured in games per Rule 12.5.1(h) of the NCAA Bylaws:
