Xbox 360 NCAA Football 09 Rosters in EA Locker

The controversy surrounding the “business” of rosters has been in the public eye more so this year than any before. That in itself threatens the future of having an editing option in games such as EA Sports NCAA Football and NCAA Basketball. This year with the addition of the EA Locker feature and the following announcement hopefully that is about to change.

I can now state that the first and only fully named roster file for NCAA Football 09 on the Xbox 360 currently resides in my EA Locker.

I am choosing not to release the file for download at this time as it would just offer the opportunity for certain people to nab it in advance and use it for their own profit. However it is publicly available via the Locker to those who have the game and will remain that way.

I apologize to PS3 gamers as I do not have that roster available. Keep an eye on NCAA Strategies and freencaa09rosters for updates on that. The same circumstances will apply with a fully named roster available for free through the EA Locker, though the timing of when it will be available can not be determined at this time.

So now for 360 gamers there is no waiting around after release for rosters to be completed and no wondering where to get them from. The first time you fire up the game you’ll be able to grab the complete named roster from my locker. Even if you’re one of the lucky ones who manage to find the game early!

Spread the word that rosters are free and easier to obtain this year than ever before. Just head into the EA Locker section of NCAA Football 09 and search the gamertag pastapadre to get them instantly!

Title updated to more accurrately reflect the current situation. The rosters can now be found in other lockers as well.

i didnt work for me and i was wonder y. i could download it but then wen i went bak 2 the roster menu on the main screen it wasnt there, y wont it work

How do you get these rosters to load? Mine still has numbers on their backs and I see no help on how to get this to work! BLEH!

YES I GOT IT TO WORK, guys if it isn’t working for you, delete the roster in file management by pressing Y (this is for 360) then redownload the roster from PastaPadre, immediately restart the xbox after the download is complete, and it will automically upload it after it restarted, THANKS PASTA!

Thank you for the roster update much appreciated. To all of those who still have #s and positions, all you do after you save the roster update. Just have to load it from “My NCAA 09, then File Management, then Load & Delete”…thank you very much again

Hey pasta i downloaded the roster and it works fine in quick game but it dosnt show up in my dynasty is this because i had previously started the dynasty before i downloaded the rosters?

When downloading the rosters from EA Locker, I game freezes when I try to play campus legend and dynasty mode. The game even freezes when i go on the edit/create the roster. I tried the recent so called “patch” yesterday and it is even worse….NOW, I can get out of xbox live if I want 2. What the hell is going on with EA Sports?? These guys are pathetic and they should be ashamed of themselves. I tell you this….If my NCAA football 09 is messed up due to the Freezing or my xbox gets the red of death. EA will pay me back for my damn game and system. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I downloaded the rosters successfully. How do i play with the rosters in Dynasty mode? it only allows me to switch active profile, it doesnt let me select in files. anybody have the answer to this question.

Hey Yo im a lil late on this shit. But im a girl that loves College Football.. CrazY? Yea Deal wit it. Well i have a PS3 and a flash USb device. I know some people can download the NCAA 09 Roster on there PC and then save it to the USB, which will then plug into the PS3 and load the roster to that. Is this Possible? Every website i go to wont let me download the roster on to my computer for some reason. I tried everything, N E one have any tips?
