Well said Pasta but I think people are really more frustrated in the fact that EA has pretty much monopolized the sports video game industry. You can’t really blaim EA for that because at the end of the day that’s smart business on their part. I think that the reason you hear so much bickering going on when it comes to Live vs 2K is because NBA 2K is really the only quality sports game that 2K as a company has left. People feel the need to defend 2K as much as possible in fear that EA may buy them out also. I know it sounds crazy but it’s true. But you’re absolutely right, at the end of the day it’s all about having 2 enjoyable basketball games.[/quote]

I agree with what Padre said and what Josh said. Gamers everywhere are frustrated with the lack of quality that NBA Live games have had. Josh, you are absolutely right about it’s not EA’s fault that they have the means to consolidate their position as the leader in sports gaming.

At the end of the day, what NBA gamers want is having two games that are fun to play, that have the features we come to expect and love, and two games that are worth our time and money.
