It never really entered my mind, especially since most of the games I played were indoors or on field turf.

Here is a clip from the end of a game I played though and you can see that the field isn’t chewed up, but there might be some slight degredation? Not like in years past though.

Why does EA do this to us every year? 1 step forward & 2 steps backwards. So they improved the uniform degredation this year but they take away the field degredation. They supposedly improved the lighting but they take away progressive lighting. Are they doing this just so they can add it back next year & call it a “new feature”? This is BS & I’m really getting tired of them doing this. They promised us field degredation in NCAA 09 but I haven’t seen it yet. Why is it that they have to take important features of the game out in order to add other features?

Does Madden 09 allow for a fantasy draft in an online league? I was under the impression that it does- wouldn’t it just be easier to do that?
