Dear EA, good job on madden 09…
Why did you remove wide reciever strafe?
have you ever seen a jump ball?????
does the reciever turn and jump (strafe)?, or does he run around in circles until the ball arrives? in madden 09 you are doing the latter, its not realistic and its not fun.

example- remember moss’ td’s against the dolphins last year? he STRAFED!

whatever dudes, please give me my wide reciever strafe back and stop highjacking my fun!

How about fixing some of the MANY bugs in franchise mode!?!?! For example, the *same* bugs that were found (and incredibly easily reproduced) in Madden NFL 08!

How long is going to take them to get this patch out? My franchise freezes every time i try to train. I am not amused. Glad they are fixing progression though.

can someone help me ind a way from my madden 09 franchise from freezing when i try to advance past the pro bowl its says updating player information then freezes

Player progression sucks, and seems non existent. I really hope this gets fixed, because this is really one of the key elements in franchise mode, and anyone who plays franchise will agree with me. I’m really disspointed that player progression sucks so bad.

Where are O-linemen pancakes? I can play an entire season and the most pancakes I get is like 7. Unless you control your linemen and manual pancake you wont get any. This should be changed

Are you high? There games are not ready to be released. There testing sucks. So many flaws with madden. Cant even play franchise mode.

Why the hell has every madden I have bought feel the need to freeze up in franchise mode. Now even superstar does it. Like a moron I went and ordered Xbox elite only to discover I am hardly the first person to come across this issue. If this is the sort of crap EA is going to provide to its customers, then they should perhaps look to a different trade. Preferably one they do not suck at. I can deal with flashes, ghost jukes and whatever lame glitch most of you people have to deal with, but an inability to actually play the game? That is ridiculous and borderline criminal. Luckily I have no way of returning the game for my money back, so thanks EA. Fricken crap company. Honestly, the hype for this game is by far the most overrated event I have experienced in my 26 years of cognoscente existence. To all you madden fanatics, really? This is what you get pumped up for? A game incapable of even running? Dumb!

I would like to see a patch that would stop the game from freezing in a 2 player franchise mode. It always seems that the first game plays fine, then the next game freezes. We have to restart the system before we play our second game.
