The majority of video basketball gamers are veterans and have already like what they like. The battle isn't about graphics anymore and its not even about gameplay. Both games have great graphics and both games have gameplay suited for ITS fanbase. The only competition lies in the game features that will be offered and in 09 EA is clearly the innovator when it comes to features. Across the board EA's sports games will deliver what has never been seen in sports games ever and THAT will be the deciding factor that brings those who sit on the fence on which game is best, over to EA. I don't want to start a Live vs 2K battle but Live's graphics look more cartoony as does Madden's this year. I wouldn't want 2K to use Live's graphics & I'm sure many others would agree. I'm not some 2K fanboy either. I've played Live since the mid 90's but I just call it like I see it. As Pasta would say, it all depends on what you prefer I guess.
