NBA Live Synergy Interview

IGN conducted thorough interview with Garrick Barr the CEO and founder of Synergy Sports Technology. This is the company that provides a massive amount of data to NBA teams and now will be streaming that data to NBA Live on a daily basis beginning this year and beyond. The interview goes into great detail on what the company does and how that will enhance the experience for those who play Live. You can check out the interview here.
Also an update on the NBA Live 09 demo for the PS3 as Sony did not post the demo today in their weekly update. So now the release is expected to be next Thursday. Bummer for those who haven’t been able to try it out on a 360 as there are still no demos for any of the basketball games on the PS3 side.

anyone on the ps3 if you want the demo jus make a new profile and set it that you are from the United Kingdom and the live demo will be in the ps store

EA submitted the demo at the same time to both companies…a shame that Sony holds back this demo….I mean, its not like they have an exclusive basketball game of their on that console….
I love it when innovation meets gaming. I believe they have a 3 year contract. I hope next year they include this on the defensive end as well.

Also theres too much sliding and warping but they did improve the lead pass cheese and alley oops look much more realistic

so i just watched the game on the on the spot show on gamespot and im not really impressed. players sliding and warping and so many blocked shots. im sure itll be alright but those things are distracting
