Wow Big upgrade on TMAC face last year he looked like an alien with patches in his head, now he looks like the real TMAC. Also they got his free throw down pact this year, IM EXCITED 4 2k

Im glad both games finally took off TMAC's leg sleeve that really irritated me considering he hasnt worn it for 4 years now.

ummm....looks good I guess. The play looks pretty lifeless away from the ball to me, anyone feel the same? I'm mean it don't see really any fighting for position, it's a bit odd.

with 2K you kinda have just play the game because usually thats when you notice all the small things that matter. looks like a basketball fanatics dream come true this year..... two playable and exciting games.

Monday is SG its one position a day.

Man the game play looks crisp. The running animations looked nice, I saw that hot potatoe shit with shaq and amare JR, that was kinda weird. Looks like another 2k year for me though. Great to see what competition can do for a game because I think both LIVE and 2K improved. We need that for madden that games gotten stale. I know its cosmetic but is it me or are players that hand brand name shoes last yr wearing generic ones this year like Yao, Tmac, AI????

o yeah then how come once both games hit the next gen the 2k seires has had much bettter sales

from the looks of gameplay video, live was a little better in the sliding department. much improved player models and graphics for 2k this year. from the live demo vids on youtube, i did notice that shots were either swishes or off the rim with the exception of layups. no lucky bounces, either nothing but net or rimmed out. minor stuff tho.

@ JR I guess if dey don't hav anyway of compensating when he gets traded den hopefully dey will let U skip it all 2gether

Deron Williams vs. Chris Paul. They are both great point guards. Personally I'll take Deron over Paul only because Williams is thriving in Jerry Sloan's system which is very restrictive and very well structured. I don't know how many other young point guards could be as productive as Williams in that system. However, Deron and Paul are two different type of point guards, they are both very special. I can't say one is better than the other.

Back to my point about the introduction presentation. I liked the break down, the real life footage was really nice, but in franchise mode if you trade one of those players away and your 2 seasons into your franchise they are going to use the same footage. That's why I wish they would use gameplay footage or something else instead of that. I really liked that too, until they showed the commentators...that was a little cheesey, but I guess it doesn't hurt. I wish either game would bring warmup gear in the game....I can't see why neither of these games put it in there...but anyway. Videos looked good; however, when watching the A.I. on the offensive end I really didn't see any plays being ran and a way too much passing. I saw Shaq and Stoudamire (I think) pass the ball to each other back and forth 3 times like a hot potato...what was that about?

I liked the speed of the game as well, you feel the uptemponess of the game now which was lacking last year. 2 good NBA games this year. I'm a happy camper.
