wow i saw the intro for the game and it looks excellent! i might have to consider getting bothe 2k and ea

T-Mac = 91 and Carmelo = 94…def not..

T-mac avg like 21 ppg this year while Melo had like 25ppg, so i can sorta see where 2k was comin from but some of their ratings are just straight up BS

hopefully 2k will update the ratings when it comes out

ok but points aren’t everything in your game…t-mac averaged more assists, and had at least 5 rebounds…and look at t-macs playoff stats compared to Carmelo’s

t- mac – 28 ppg 8 reb 6.8 assists assists

melo – 22ppg 9 reb 2 assists

idk i jus think t-mac doesn’t get full credit sometimes but its w/e i guess

I agree man they hurt his stats eveyr year, even yao has a higher rating, dont get me wrong the rockets are my fav team but damn YAO missed 48 games last year, TMAC didnt get credit for the 22 game win streak, neither did Scola, landry, or rafer. All their ratings are the same or lower then last years game. N 2 place carmelo above TMAC is rediculous, expecially since he hasnt gotten ne better since he been in the league. He the same player they drafted. His work ethic isnt worth shh. I mean look at him he doesnt play D, i kno everybdy seen the Olympics?!?! Half the time his man on the perimeter blew right by him. But i digress…………….. lol

No, Rose really showed me alot last year. As far as actually being a PG and getting his team involved then taking over at the right time. OJ not so much. You cant really compare beasley ratings wise because u gotta factor in reb, blks, even so Beasley is a monster so he should be rated higher

The ratings are pretty accurate. 2k sports have already said that these are “living rosters”. So it’s a “new” rating system. How come you kids cannot comprehend this simple concept? Why do you kids still think the rating system is like the past? Do somebody have to tell you this 1,000,000 times before you guys get this in your pee brains? These are LIVING ROSTERS!! GET IT? Melo should be rated a little higher than T-Mac at this point. T-Mac is injury prone, and going into his 12 season. He’s on the decline folks. Melo is on the incline, get it? These are living rosters so young players are going to get the nod over players on the decline, like VC and T-Mac. This is why Yao is giving the nod over T-mac…MIng is not declining like T-mac. Also, the ratings are position based. Meaning if Kidd is a 92, that’s based on point guards only. This is why Kidd is 92, and Dirk is a 91. Dirk is based a 91 among his peers. Same with Yao getting a 94. There is no other better center. Get it? Comprehend?

and where do you get the impression theyve changed their rating system? they never said that. all they mean by living rosters is that they are going to do roster updates more often.

I’m not a big T-Mac fan ( since he’s become less aggressive) but he’s still a beast and so is Melo. But to say T-Mac in on the downside show’s your ignorance to the game. MJ if you recall didn’t reach his full potential until he was in his 30′s. You may want to fallow this link to get your facts straight. Just because a player is older than the next guy doesn’t put him on the decline, thats why teams pick up veteran players!
