Madden 09 Roster Update #6 Details

The sixth roster update for Madden 09 is being prepared and targeted to release on Saturday morning. While this update doesn’t have anything huge it does include the very recent signing of Cedric Benson to the Bengals as well as Rashard Mendenhall’s season ending injury.

yea they should add way more atmosphere to the game. i dont get how the ps2 has things like refs the chain gang u said and other things like way better animations for tackles and broken takles. also small things like when they call a penalty the ref says the guys number like in real life. i say that in the next madden they should add all that because they lied about the wide range of takle animations(i’ve only seen like 7) and the graphics arent that great for them to have less atmosphere than the ps2. does anyone kno if these things are on the ps3 because i would definately trade in my 360 for it[/quote]

lol i dunno if its worth trading in ur 360 just for that but i agree EA needs to get their off field animations a whole lot better coz it adds to the whole atmosphere and this is just being picky but it looks bad wen say ur RG is wearing 73 and is black then u see over on the sidelines a guy wearing 73 and who is white whilst the real 73 is on the field it doesnt make any sense and is something they should fix in madden 10 to make it more realistic and atmospheric

im really a fan of this no overall ratings thing, the other thing i think they should take into consideration is height factoring into jumping, ex: a 5 10 corner out jumping a 6 3 reciever for the ball, i just find that unrealistic; and by the way ps2 madden is 900x better than 360/ps3, the gameplay on next gen is garbage and takes a while to get used to; and also someone wrote vince young was rookie of the year? wtf? i dont remember that he mighta been rookie of the year in the tennesse times or what not but not nfl, if im wrong please fill me in
