NBA Live 09: Various Team Videos

Here are the final game videos I’ll be posting. I am still working on another set of screenshots and highlight clips so make sure to get any requests in and I’ll see if I can get to them. I am taking questions on player ratings here in the forum and will have my final overall impressions of Live 09 up either this afternoon or tomorrow.

Continue on to view a quarter of USA vs Spain, Hawks @ Nuggets, Trailblazers @ Wizards, and a short one of the Nets @ Mavericks showing off the three other camera angles (baseline high, baseline low, press box).

I have news for you the next sports game im going to buy is NCAA Basketball, cause like i said in some threads a while back im a college b-ball guy. I will be renting live though, and probably wont try 2k. That doest mean that im wrong for liking it or that the features that i like has to be devalued.

2k-365 has me intrigued, and next year they need to expand on Be a Pro. Now when it comes to football, most notably NCAA football i need as close as possible to the real thing. Maybe EA will get there someday.

You can edit players this year, I think the 365 updates will fix that kind of stuff also.

i have live on ps3 already 2k has competition finally , this shit is awsome.it’s extremly difficult on superstar level as the cpu punishes u for every mistake u make u dont have to run plays everytime down the court as the a.i. will take some initiative but u will have to run plays at time becuz the cpu makes adjustments unbelievably at halftime following the dna. it’s easy when u use good teams though that has ouside threats as the defense reacts accordingly to who u r using. i am 9- 4 with the cavs on superstar and i am 5 -11 with the heat. and the heat have a good rating. but best live since the one wit hardaway on the cover. 98 ima heat fan lol. i coulda bought 2k but i ‘ll wait till tuesday when i get the xbox version of live since i have em both on reserve.

oh and they already update the 365 dna on ps3 , but its exactly the same ratings that shipped with the game if anybody is wondering. and i have the okc jerseys, and u don’t have to buy the code just in case people were still wondering,the u get a big ass red card and the code is on the back of it.

its in there becuz its on the game when u turn it on and let it sit. and in the gym area they have a sprite machine that u can go to to unlock dunks, i hope the dribble moves r not a cheat thought becuz the move deron williams does is not a carry i would like to throw the ball through someone legs (i.e dwyane wade did in real life) in a game to induce a face break. but i wanna see some of those in game. just for style points when ur on a fast break, without turning it into nba street lol. the dunks u unlock r just for play now (pick up game) which i prolly will never play no point .

how many times do u see carry called in the nba really they don’t even call traveling unless it’s on a sub par player.or if they don’t like u cuz stephon marbury been carryin his whole career lol, even the nba wants excitement within limits to keep it outrageous. shit dwyane wade travels every time he goes to the rack. that’s my fav player cuz he plays 4 the heat but he’s travel worse than any other player, 3 steps every time. on 2 hand dunks that is.
