One thing I wish we heard about NCAA Basketball is features. I know gameplay is very important, especially after last year, but it would be nice to know if they are planning to include every D-1 team (missed out on a little over a dozen last year). I don’t know why that bugged me so much, but it just did.

Got FIFA today finally, looking forward to playing it. For some reason, while FIFA 08 was challenging – I had fun with it and I could win some games. Euro 08 was super hard for me, especially online. So I hope FIFA 09 falls somewhere in between. And Pasta, Soccer games are totally fun. I don’t follow soccer or hockey as closely as the three other sports but as far as my most played video game sports those two are easily up there near the top (with basketball).

I hope EA addressed uniform accuracy in NCAA Basketball 09. It is great that they are fixing many of the gameplay issues.

So online play wise, I didn’t have trouble finding opponents through the quickmatch. The leaderboard is full of people who’ve only played a handful (or just one) games so I’m not sure if it’ll last or if there will be trouble finding online games in the weeks ahead.

I just wanted to clear up the DLC issue. We would like to release it but it is an unfinished product and it would take away from our ability to highly develop next year’s Madden. Since we were going to release it for free and the checks for all of the Madden’s you purchased have cleared there was no need to immediately make DLC available. We are working diligently around the clock to bring out the best of Madden for next year. As I have previously stated I took a pay cut from 7 million to 6.9 million a year to ensure a well developed product. Next years Madden will have chain gangs, ref, active sideline and everything else you could imagine. How do I know this is possible? Because the Madden 09 we have here has all of those things without any glitches. But we couldn’t give you this one because it’s……….ah…um…beta.

Yep. Within the story mode anyway, I haven’t noticed him in the quick games.

I’ve been playing some in the story mode and its pretty fun so far. Padre is dominating as a WR/Safety. The cut scenes between games are well done.
