i have it….i cant activate it but i can still play it….and there are updates for it every now and again….just got me a rosterupdate……sadly no updates like the 2.0's for the consoles….but non the less an update and i can play….= )

Does anyone know if Nba 2k9 Pc will have roster updates i know in the past PC games never have updates unless user websites do them?

Wouldnt that hurt it’s console base though? The games sell pretty well on all consoles, but if there was a free download for NBA Live for the PC I think I could jump ship. I think that would be an attempt to prevent any further 2K momentum on the PC side, but I think it’s highly unlikely that EA wouldn’t try to cash in as much as possible by selling the game at retail, along with advertising and DLC. I think a dramatic price cut would be implemented before a free version would be given, just my opinion, you know these guys a lot better than I do.
