I disagree that it's only golf and therefore limited by definition. I see a lot of potential with this series if EA is willing to put some time, effort, and money into it. Especially intriguing is the possibility of expanded online modes and user created content: user created courses, online "tours", etc. Some of the gameplay needs improvement as well (i.e. a more realistic putting system), and the career mode can use some more meat on it's bones.
