Tyson or Ali?

That’s what EA Sports is asking in regards to who should be on the cover of Fight Night Round 4. The official site for the game went live earlier today. Right now it includes producer blog entries along with the poll as to whether Mike Tyson,  Muhammad Ali, or both should be on the cover.

With the unveiling of FNR4 coming on Sunday night one or both seem likely to join Peter Moore on stage at the VGAs. And could the tagline “no two fights are ever the same” be a hint at what Moore was alluding to in his blog?

In early voting there it is showing a divide between the two legendary fighters. Which one would you like to see get the cover? Or do you prefer that both are on it? Leave your thoughts in the comments.

Ali is arguably the greatest fighter ever. Not to mention, when Ali was in the sport the competition was much more stout.

Tyson was a destroyer until Don King got a hold of him.

If you look at both careers, Ali's was the most impressive. Not to mention Ali is not a felon.

hmmmm, i wonder how bonds accomplished a lot. yes he was a good player b4 steroids but umm, i dont think he would have hit 750 or 60 something homeruns without them. and with pacman, o darn. a career ending injury. some career he had(and would have had even if he didnt get hurt). he'll live. hes probably happy. now he can go to strip clubs without getting suspended.

BOTH should definitely be on the cover as both men in their primes is one of the dream fights everyone would want to see but never will except for on this video game!

After reading a short Q&A with one of the developers I am excited about the change of physics. Let's hope that the game includes robes (customizable) and customized sound tracks that can be used for ring entrances.

Ali of course, despite him already being on the cover of previous titles, I just can't see someone like Mike Tyson being on the cover of a game that represents a sport he embarrassed and brought so much controversy to. Don't get me wrong, Iron Mike Tyson is a hall of famer and I'll be stoked to see him in the game, but he doesn't deserve to be on the cover. Who's next on the cover of game? Barry Bonds? Pacman Jones?

    I say both.

Because both embodied pure dominance that you have not seen the likes of in their respective times.

Tyson's trash. Ali's the greatest in the sport.

There should be no question, but it wouldn't surprise me if they put Tyson on there.

Tyson. Mike Tyson in the beginning had discipline, desire and extreme focus. He was a student of the game who learned by watching film of the fighters of the past. He had charisma in the ring that probably will never be seen again by another American heavyweight champion.

it should be ali 100% he was the better fighter and sportsman. Tyson learnd to fight watching ali so why should he be on the cover insted of the guy he ook his ques from. and as far as charisma and ring presance ali had it all……and never bit off any ears lol. all im saying is put a guy on there who fought to be a legend and not someone who was promoted to be one.
