Madden 2010 Release Date

Retailers have started taking pre-orders for Madden 10 (cringing writing that) which has brought about the potential release date for the game being Tuesday August 11th. While this isn’t confirmed it does seem to be the likely. The second Tuesday in August has been the date for Madden 08 and 07. Prior to those it used to vary between the second or third week of the month. The game will be coming to the 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, DS and PS2.

Improve the draft and scouting process!!!!! It's HORRIBLE right now and has been for years!! The gameplay overall is great IMO. Love the roster updates. Bring in legit online leagues similar to NCAA CFB 09!!

When it 1st came out yall all liked it and said it was the best ever. Great graphics and gamplay now because you played everyday for 6 months you are bored of it…hmmmm I wonder why? I used to love Madden until they started watering down the game. What happenend to being able to control how you wanted the DB to play whether it was inside or outside position. You could also have your DB to lock up man all over the field if you wanted. They also use to allow you to set up your players in different situation before the game started so you could have your special situation players in on certain formations. I rented the game last year and couldn't get over watered down gameplay lack of control the inability for the Superstar players to make superstar plays. I was loyal to EA but the only must have EA sports game I have to have is NCAA 10 and I'm starting to wonder about that. I hope this years version of Madden is better.

FULL ESPN BROADCAST with scoreboards and everything (2k did it back when they had the espn license, so EA has no excuse!!)

Jumbotrons with video from the field (get rid of the stupid 3d overlay things)

More real grass (call of duty style) so when players step on it it gets crushed.

FULL HD 1080P!! not just upconverted 720!!

this game is an insult to my 72" samsung 1080p TV!!

Also, less robotic player movements. its funny how the offensive line gets set up synchronized every play. the players need to have more human movements.

Running animations need to be more human looking. Players wobble around when they run, they don't just run with their hands going up and down like robots. Madden needs to go back and start fresh and redo all of the animations.

I know EA tried to fix this in 09, but they didn't get it right. Look at 09 for the xbox. players move realistically and it makes a huge differerce in gameplay. you shouldn't have to do a juke move every time. you ought to be able to just out run your tackler to the corner on a pitch or toss and turn up field. Hope to God they make another xbox original version for 2010, i already played the demo for ncaa 10 and this running robot animation is still as retarded as ever. who works for ea anyhow? do you need to hire me to do some quality control? would your project manager even listen to such a thing if it meant having to refocus his project workplan?

Like if the player is getting old there rating should drop according to their position. For Example like how Brian Urlacher speed would drop the older he get. They should have the training camp drills because that was much better.

1) User created playbooks
2) Classic teams (ala Madden 93)
3) All uniforms ever worn and done accurately
4) Classic stadiums
5) Changing weather conditions during the game
6) Return of dynamic lighting
7) In-game highlights from around the league Okay, I give….refs and chain gangs
9) Multiple play-by-play commentators (include MNF crew)…
10) Fix uniform issues (i.e. Pitt's single digit number placement on helmets; add blue ID tape to Cowboys' helmets, etc.)

Overall, I have had a lot of fun with Madden 09.
