I own both systems and I agree with your list. Here are a few games that the PS3 has going for it:

1) Uncharted: Drake's Fortune — This game was outstanding.
2) The Show series….Best console baseball games ever….
3) Metal Gear Solid 4
4) Killzone 2 (needs to be a killer app and is looking really good)
5) Little Big Planet

As far as Resistance, I was not impressed. Resistance 2 may be better….

In regards to the 360, the exclusives are downright awesome:

1) Halo 3
2) Gears of War and Gears of War 2
3) Mass Effect
4) PGR3 and PGR 4 (solid racing games)
5) Oblivion

However, I will say that I did buy the PS3 for The Show. The good thing with the PS3 is that the 3rd party titles are starting to play as they do on the 360 (the first few iterations of EA's games were terrible on the PS3).

Did you get a chance to play any playoff games? Did they do a better job increasing the atmosphere during playoff games?

Hey Pasta, how are the player models as compared to last year? I remember some of the lesser known players like John Danks, their player models looked nothing like them. Also have the updated some of the pitching windups and batting stances, I remember that Carlos Quentin's batting stance was off and they didn't have John Danks or Gavin Floyd's pitching windup. Have they also updated the stats for players like Josh Hamilton and Carlos Quentin where they're actually good hitters as opposed to just average like in MLB 08. (If you can't tell I'm a Sox fan lol) Any input is greatly appreciated.

Listen to yourself and just STOP RIGHT NOW. You 2k fanboys every year chime in with the same crap. Face it. 2k is going to hide this game til the last day and then drop for all you 360 boys and you are flat out going to hate it. Then your going to make excuses on the boards about how you like the game b/c you don't want to get railed by all us Show boys. 2ksports + 2k fanboys= same old song

MLB 2k is garbage people. Take a look at video game history. NO game that is total crap has ever come back the next year to shock and awe the fans. 2k is done. The writing is on the wall and the tactics remain the same. Just get a PS3 already and stop trying to resusitate an already dead sports game.
