With the demo for MLB 09 The Show out tomorrow I thought I’d get another set of screens posted before everyone turns their attention to that. The third and final set will be posted sometime over the weekend. If you missed the first group make sure to check them out here or find them all in the screenshot gallery.

This set includes a couple Road to the Show screens of Padre. I didn’t spend a lot of time creating him but loved that sunglasses are now an option. Continue on for the screens or find them in the gallery in larger form.

What were the changes made? I played in it but I'm not sure I'll remember specifics.

the old jumbotron was taken out and there is a new scoreboard

Well I had a screen of the stadium and that one didn't make its way back to me. So my guess would be that the changes didn't make it in, but I can't say for certain.

I didn't do any fielding, only went through some as a reliever. One thing I noticed that I *think* is new is when the ball is hit there is a red flash surrounding it, which I suppose is to make it easier to track it.

I am soooooo happy I traded my 360 for the PS3!!! MLB the Show 08 blew my mind, and 09 seems to be just that little bit much better. I booked a few days off work for the release date Great work Pasta, I visit your site relegiously…

Oh, one of my pet peeves though about 08 the Show, probably the only one, is checking career stats, would be so fun to see what team and yearly stats for every season a player accumulated in his career. 08 the show I think only shows 3 seasons and really not much detail. Also when in the playoofs, it would be great if you could toggle between season leaders and playoff leaders.

Don't you think it is crazy how this game looks so realistic and Madden can't even get the players models right or the correct face masks. EA sucks and no matter what Ian says to get the hype up again it is still going to be a failed product.

As a xbox 360 owner I am very depressed , All i'm seeing is mlb 09 the show info, pics that look realistic as hell and now a demo the final kick to the stomach this is not good for 360 owners because all where getting from mlb 2k9 is minor improvements from a game that was a C+ AT BEST

not take seeing this amazing game while knowing it is not for 360. By the way 360 is still better than
PS3 (now that I own one) but the PS3 is still pretty good (however the graphics and not any better than
