3. Uh...judging from where he is located and his angle of pursuit, I'd say it is a DT and not a DE unless the DL is running a stunt. I don't know how you could even think to make a judgement about how this game is going to manage DL/OL interaction from this little partial view in this screenshot.

5. Hopefully the ball doesn't magnetically flow to the players' hands. that is annoying, but perhaps it is hard to fix. I see that happen regardless of title/manufacturer when it comes to sports games.

I just don't understand why everyone goes ga-ga over these close up Madden screen shots. This is not what you will see when you play the game. How a bout some screen shots of the actual game play camera perspective and not some glorified close up that serves no purpose what so ever.

Totally not joking. I am 100% sure it's an 84 and would bet my life on it. There's clearly the triangle of a 4 on that shoulder. It cannot possibly be a 3. No way. Ask the EA guy who posted the pic, and I guarantee you I'm right.

It's Houshmandzadeh. He is their #1 receiver. #1 receivers start to the right of the quarterback in Madden, and although he's missing his ponytail, it does look more like an 8-4 than an 8-3.

Why can't some of you see that the HAND is on the wrong ARM not the glove! The fingers are bent naturally to represent Branch initiating his route. SO, the placed his right hand on the left arm...what a joke.

...and if you look on the FRONT of the jersey you can see that the number following the 8 is blocky in the upperleft corner of it. If that number was a 4, it wouldn't be visible in that little space.

Well actually, TJ did revert back to 84 according to the Seahawks website, but that's very obviously an 83 still.

So glad EA held the Community Event On Madden 10 without the normal losers that always attend. You know the ones, Pasta, you're one of them, the ones that tell the EA people they are gods and the game is great, and we get the game and there is a Shotgun Draw Glitch...Or its just not 'Great'. Its great that 'real' madden gamers got a say for once, and website managers, lol. You guys may have the community website, but you're not hardcore with the game, I never understood sending guys who just run sites and aren't any good at picking up things or detecting flaws. So no more butt kissing luncheons, now we will get real repairs on the Madden before retail release.

Ha whatever you say man. I turned down the opportunity to go. This wasn't really an event that was suited for me, especially considering the cross-country flight and taking off time from work. I've never said I was "hardcore" however you want to define that. I definitely don't break the game down like some of these guys do. I think I play it like most people do...just to play and have fun. So I've always identified things that annoyed me, or would've enhanced the game from that perspective. Everybody is different in that regard. If you think I'd feel slighted by not being pulled out to an event you obviously don't have a good understanding of what I'm all about. I'll be playing NCAA and Madden next week but I'm not sure the circumstances of what I'll be able to share out of that.

Hey, you are the first one to give details and early info on these games, you tout all the newness of the product, but I dont think you ever 'get real' with these guys, they don't want friends, they want honest answers to tough questions, is the game fun? And you guys that get to preview the games, need to step up your judgements on the little things, and not just praise graphical resolution or see if your Seahawks are gonna compete, lol. With 7 weeks ahead of last years meeting to see the game, things can actually get done. kudos on the reponse, pasta. Give 'em hell next week. Just make sure the masses are heard...
