BIGS 2 Videos and Screenshots

The first videos from The BIGS 2 have been posted by IGN. There are three total that show off gameplay footage and a hitting mini-game. There are also eight new screenshots which can be found in the gallery focusing on some of the big name MLB stars.
Again the game comes across really well graphically and with its presentation as it enhances the dramatic elements of the sport. Continue on to watch the videos and leave your thoughts in the comments.

sorry man i was first, but if you have played The Bigs you will know why this is so hyped. You need to rent The Bigs or somethin becuase it was one of the most entertaining baseball games i've played…..

I did try the first one and I'm not big on arcade baseball, I guess. Plus I have a PS3 and I play The Show so I'm spoiled. I could see this being a good game for those who didn't get a chance to play The Show and were stuck with 2K9 for their baseball fix. I get my baseball fix every day, so I persoanlly see no need to play a game like this. More power to the ones that do, though. Have fun!

This game is looking very good so far. It provided me with hours of fun as I played online a bunch; and played through both the NL and AL rookie single player modes in the first installment. The pinball mini game was a blast too. I just hope they dont tweek it to much and destory the sim aspect that the first one was able to acomplish (which I think they did by accident, becuase 2K could never be that smart) I will go on faith from the Bigs 1 and make a first day buy on this one, after these videos, I am sold.

This game is graphically better than 2k9, which is disturbing because it's an arcade game. I can't wait till EA makes another MLB game. 2k just ruined everything. Hopefully this game makes up for it. I work at Gamestop so I will try this game first before I buy it. If it's good, I will be trading in my 2k9 and putting it towards buying the Bigs 2. It looks amazing so far.

I can't really understand why 2K doesn't use the Bigs engine to make their sim game. The player models are great, the graphics are stylish, and the gameplay looks 1 million times better than the sim 2k games. I just don't get why they don't tweak the engine up a bit to play more sim but keep the outstanding framework?
