The growth of online play really has me wondering about the possibility of playing your opponents for money. I know this already exists with gamersaloon and other startups, but I personally think their model is all wrong.

I think we are going to see a leader rise to the for-front of online video game gambling within the next 5 years… just like we've seen someone absolutely rampage another niche video game industry in the past.

Exciting times ahead. The NCAA and Madden experts might be able to actually make a living doing what they love. Then throw Halo into the mix and all the other me vs. you games out there and you've got a billion dollar market.
