Lets face facts here. Madden 10 is an incomplete and "rushed to meet the deadlines" excuse for a football game. Pro-tak is incomplete, gameplay is incomplete, and the player A.I. is incomplete. By the way, whatever happened to QB vision and pass/run commit. EA Sports will attempt to add or recreate these features next year and claim to be adding something which already should have been "IN THE GAME." Then EA attempts to "Nickel and dime" consumers with BS like the Madden Shop and paying for online All-Madden gameplay. (Yes people, paying with real, American, hard earned money) I'm happy someone will push madden to create a realistic sim-football game, and not a game loaded with glithes, unrealistic run animations, and absolutly zero respect for phisics. Ultimately, (NFL license or not) I will buy this game because I know the developers behind this game worked hard to release a true Next-Gen football game. (which us football fans are long overdue for.)

Madden while frustrating at times is a good game. I don't expect everything to be real and I won't complain about any little glitch, so it's good enough for me. I understand that making a perfect game is near impossible but I expect a solid game, which is something Madden delivers. The last few years have had boring franchise modes, but this year's madden looks like it is much improved in that department. I like the feel of playing an NFL sim rather than a no-name arcade game, so Madden is worth the money for me. I'm not a fanboy, either. If 2k made a better football game (if they are allowed to have NFL teams and players one day) I would choose that over Madden.

Madden is garbage. I have not picked up the game since they did in 2k with the NFL rights mess. So, this game looks like a way for me to get back into playing video football once again! Will it be good? I don't know. But it's not EA!
