Last week I was able to offer up a bunch of Madden 10 videos from E3. Now lead developer Ian Cummings has posted up a full quarter video of the game captured in HD featuring the Falcons @ Chiefs on All-Pro difficulty.

He has since posted up a full game’s worth of videos on the Inside EA Blog which you can check out here. Continue on to watch the video and leave your thoughts in the comments.

Notching down the game speed looks quite a bit different then I expected. I like how this looks for improving the rushing offense, but I agree that it looks like the defense is really suffering. It seems like QB accuracy is going to play a huge part in the overall balance. Receivers were getting tons of separation and the pocket was great , but Flacco managed to throw some terrible balls on a few plays.

    EA you should know:

    1) Huff is our backup FS, not our stater at SS, so he should be rated lower than Eugene or Eugene higher.

    2) Tyvon Branch is our starting SS, not our backup FS, so he should be rated higher (61?). He should be at least 68 like the other SS.

    3) WR Chaz Schilens will start, and right now is the best WR in the team. He is 64 overall.

    4) ROLB Alston (45 overall) is the current starter at LOLB after starting there 7 games last season and playing well. He is not a bad backup, he is a starter, he should be at least 65.

    5) Robert Gallery ( 5th best rated lineman in the game for Oakland) is with no doubt the best OL Oakland has, and he played the last 2 season at a Pro Bowl level. He is rated in the top-10 rankings as aguard by every scout. He should be at least 86, not 79. TE Zach Miller (86) and Gallery are the best offensive players Oakland has right now.

Well I will have to wait till i get home to SEE it cause this is jumpy at work. But from the SOUND I can tell you I love it. One of my biggest complaints for last year was the lack of atmosphere in the crowd noise but it sounds greatly improved. You can hear the crowd chants louder too which is a nice surprise. It sounded like a Playoff game that the crowd was into and thats great.

Finally got to watch it. Man I am so impressed with the new atmosphere. the crowd reactions are outstanding and loud. I didnt even really notice the refs which is great cause in real life your so used to seeing them that you just ingore them. It looks wierd without them on the field and stood out in previous Madden's. Some small issues that I think Ian is aware because he addressed them in a blog (pass rush and Pro-Tak) so I can expect them to get tweaked. Remember people, sliders are back so if you want it tougher then just adjust the sliders.

I am soooo stoked for Aug 14. I hope I can get a enough friends together to get a league going or maybe get in on Pasta's……On a side note if you have not picked up Tiger in a few years then I would suggest Tiger 10. I have played the thing for hours and its great. The Play the Pros online mode will kick your ass.

When LJ makes the wilcat TD run, they show Matt Cassel celebrating in the endzone (maybe because the "QB" scored the TD), you should fix that. Or at least show LJ celebrating with Cassel. Besided, the commentary should be more consistent, while the play is happening they are basiacally mute

    Quickshots..

    LIke the new speed
Like the fact the quarterbacks threw some realistic innacurate balls
LIke the fact that corners did not get burned by wide recievers every play
Chris Johnson scared me, seemed like the fast running back glitch still might be bad
I liked the pocket. In real life the Defensive line doesnt penetrate whenever they want 2.
Seems like it will be a great madden. Im ready. As far as graphical and technical issues. Madden is 100 percent about gameplay and nothing else
