Are you talking about the MLB 2K9 "powerpros" league? I think I was in that with Bycemaster and I do remember a KcKing2, too.

It's too bad about that league…no one was ever online after a while and I got fed up with the Franchise glitches, so I sold 2K9 on craigslist.
