This was improved from last season and with EA and Herbie reporting on the previous game as highlights and photos scroll through was a nice touch. I like that I don’t need to save highlights as its already done for you, but still have the options to save more replay’s and photos if you want. I started a dynasty the other night and decided to change to aggressive on defense. I see what everyone is saying about the facemask. I was called on over 20 facemask penalties and not once did I ever create a turnover. Next game, I changed to balanced and had 2 facemask, but did create turnovers. I’ll leave this set as balanced from here on out as this was a wasted addition to the game and seen no change other than the penalties. The kickers all appear to reach same distance in kickoffs and FG. Of course this is no where close to accurate. Madden does have kickers down much more than college football. Much of the players attributes I can see being more difficult to establish for college football as there are just so many and would lead to believe this is why the kicking game in college football suffers than in Madden. There are some improvements on the field emotions, but still need major improvements. Some teams you have the options of pressing Y after scoring as they have preset emotions. There needs to be more improvements in celebrations as that is such a huge factor in college football. The band intro on some stadiums is right on, while others are just generic.
