First Trailer for NBA Live 10

The “first look” trailer for NBA Live 10 is out now courtesy of IGN and focuses on footage from the Cavs @ Magic. This is one of those trailers that will show a lot of flash so the value will come from checking out the graphics, signature additions, and flow of movement and animations. I’m usually not impressed by early hype trailers but this one looks especially good. Continue on to check out the video and leave your thoughts in the comments!

I prefer 2K and have for over 10 years, but EA is good at hype. This trailer looks good. They need to fix the lighting as a start, maybe they will this year.

seriously this game and series are a joke. loony tunes graphics and look at the unrealistic animations. on the shot block, the ball magically goes straight down in a direction unrelated to the block motion.

trailer looked okay, but so did the last trailer of 09, then the game came out and i liked it, then i bought 2k9 and am still playing 2k9 today. live just has too many SET animations and situations for me to stay interested. Only thing i like are the controls. 2k just refuses to use the live contols mixed with their own. That would be a perfect game.

I will buy the game ofcourse but that is because it comes out a month orso before 2k10 does here in europe.

Also i have been playing live since 1995………i see that they are still using a lot of the animations from live 2003 to 2009. Cut that shit already and make some new ones. The game will look better to old live fans. I don;t want to play live 06 with next gen graphics. It's retarded.

Animations still look robotic and not as smooth/natural as 2K9…Lots of Marketing/Hype does not equal to better game.

looks good from what I can tell, improved for sure. I don't have a problem with the graphics but the crowed looks a little two in repetitive. I'm looking forward to Live a bit more than 2k this time around and for the first time in a while I may just go with one rather than both.

Lives gameplay will never be in the same ball park as 2ks unless they completely start from sratch, i interpret this for the better for Live, not bashing at all, could really care less about 2k or Ea, its really sad they cant improve on gameplay, cause graphically they almost got it down. I always thought if a basketball game had Ea's graphics and 2ks gameplay, you would get as close to a realistic game as your going to get. How about quitting the hype EA and start really doing some work, cause you havent got my money since Live 2001, and i really would want to enjoy 2 basketball games a year cause I love the sport.

I hate to say this, but that's got to be the worst movement from a basketball game ever. I cannot believe they are aloud to sell this game and actually charge $60. They should be forced into lowering the price as the graphics are just not up to industry standard.

It's terrible. I wouldn't trade you a ham sandwich for this game.
