Madden NFL 10 Coverage Wrap-Up

Madden 10 is now officially out so it’d be great to hear some more general impressions and reaction from those of you playing the game now. Over the last week I’ve put together prerelease coverage which you can find the links to below in case you missed any of it. Going forward I’ll have more about Online Franchise as we get into the mode and see how it all plays out. Also of note the next roster update will come on Wednesday August 19th and will see the arrival of Michael Vick on the Eagles roster.

Do you remember when the first roster update was released for madden 09?

Feels like it needs a patch to even start a Chise Online. Especially for the Vick Cheesers?

Pasta or anybody when Im in offline franchise mode my game keeps freezing mid-play. It has happened twice now. I dont know if any one else is having this problem but I hope it gets fixed in the next patch like last year but until then im not playing any franchise mode. If anyone has this problem or knows about it being fixed let me know. And if the word could get spread to make sure it gets fixed in patch #1 would be great too.

TOO MANY DROPPED PASSES! I understand that they're trying to widen the gap between the good players and the not-so-good players, but when there's 3-4 dropped passes per drive and Calvin Johnson accounts 2 of them, something's wrong

hey pasta i have a question and well ur my go 2 guy…u know the online franchise fantasy drafts…well i wont have ps3 axcess the day of my draft…can u draft through your computer on the league page? there is a tab named fantasy draft but idk if it will work.

thanks if u can get around 2 it id GREATLY APPRECIATE IT…or if any1 knows thx

Personally, this years Madden has been awesome. I got it at midnight and squirted my pants. My mommy was so pissed when she did my laundry the next morning.

Why if the D is running a all out zone pass coverage you cant run on it!!!??? Line vs DB's FIX THAT PROBLEM! There are way to many tackles broken and the computer takes horrible angles to the ball. This game is awsome but they need take make blocking more realistic time and time again i see guys set up for blocks and not even touch them. I would feel alot better if i seen my linemen get laid on there ass then follow them and think there settin up for me then watch the guy wrope threw him or just act like hes not there

Guys want run/pass commit so they can be unsound on defense. Example guys want to be able to succesfully play quarter vs two tight ends or goal line vs 5 receivers. Without run/pass commit you have play real football to win. Best Madden ever.
