Follow along with and join into the discussion as myself and other members of the Pastapadre community host a live blog during the kickoff game to the NFL season as the Steelers take on the Titans. Continue on for the blog application which will officially open up at 815et/515pt and run through the entirety of the game this evening!

    IF THE 2K DEMO WAS SUPPOSED TO DROP TODAY & DIDN'T PASTA WOULD RIP 2K & HAVE BLOG ABOUT IT! THE LIVE DEMO DOESN'T DROP TODAY AS PROMISED BY EA & PASTA DOESN'T SAY A WORD! TYPICAL PASTA AKA EA'S BIGGEST FANBOY!

        chris it wasnt Ea who delayed the demo it was microsoft who delayed it EA has no contol over what microsoft desides to do after they submit the demo to them its microsoft choice on when they wanna put it up just thought u should know that try researching before you make a statment in that manner it helps trust me

    You always see these guys posting their Madden is trash videos on youtube on a 10" x 10" TV screen in a 8' x 8' bedroom LOL! Maybe they should be more worried about making moves in real life as opposed to making moves on the virtual football field.

    How come you don't see any of these guys making a youtube diss video about a club? Imagine seeing somebody post a youtube video about lame a club was each week like some of these knuckleheads do with Madden. Mo Diddley has been to many a clubs with bad DJ's and speakers. In fact Mo Diddley went to a club last week where the drinks were watered down more than the rocks at the bottom of Niagara Falls.

    Madden is a good product and if you stay away from the "chessers" you can have an enjoyable time with it. I do think there are a few minor tweaks that need to be adjusted (mainly with coverage) so hopefully they correct those issues with the 2 free patches. Once again I want to give credit where credit needs to be given and the EA team did an good job on this year's Madden.

    We should take a poll of how many of y'all live in your mama's basement. All y'all do is complain about frivolous things such as a long snapper lol. If u want a guy who only plays one position THEN CREATE HIM! That's why they gave you that option. and for those who say they want their long snapper in online play ask yourself this question; When was the last time you ever won or lost a game based on a longsnapper in a Madden game?

    Also the 53 man roster is what it is deal with it. Until they add slots for IR and practice squads there will always be people left off the team. So what if the 8th on the depth chart 5'5 150 lb WR from small city USA made the team but was not on the 53 man Madden roster. If you like your homeboy, who probably will never make a play this year, so much then add his lame buttocks with the CREATE A PLAYER option.

    Once again thanks for a great Madden game and for the updates and thank you Pasta for having a great website!

    Mo Diddley has been seeing way too much nitpicking on Madden so Mo Diddley ran a few tests on NHL, 2K games, NBA Live, MLB the Show, even popular games such as Fallout, Halo, COD, Gears of War, and Killzone. I have found serious flaws in every single one of these games in regards to massive clipping, dumb AI, unrealistic movements, and uncanny AI awareness in certain situations. So why is Madden so much the interest of pointing out flaws? I call it the Windows or small town theory meaning that so many people play Madden and more often are just looking for flaws than any other game software. Just like with Windows vs Apple or the security of a small town vs living in a big city. It's not that really one is safer than the other it's just that one has more people looking to exploit it vs that of a smaller base.

    That was one of the more entertaining regular season games I've watched in a while. I think you gotta be happy if you're the Titans because the D still looks pretty good and they hung with one of the best teams in the league.

    Can't wait for MNF!
