I look at my Nintendo from 1985 and see every game run with no issues. Do these game developers even test games anymore?

Played NHL 10 in Be A Pro for 3 hours, no freeze. Downloaded the software upgrade on PS3 today and have had constant freezes since.

no freeze issues on either game (NHL 10 or NHL 2K10) for me on the 360 platform.

I have NHL10 for the 360 and it has not frozen once. I did put it on my hard drive immediately so I don't know if that makes any difference (doubt it)

I downloaded the patch for PS3 and the only thing that has happened to me since then (no freezing before the patch mind you) is the game temporarily froze during post-game replays and awarding me a trophy. 10-15 seconds later it resumed just fine.

Truth be told… I really believe that the 360 update from a few weeks (the one that changed nothing but was laying "groundwork" for the big update to come) messed with the XBL connection settings. I have never had an issue with XBL until that update and now I frequesntly cant get into game servers and my XBL is just generally A LOT slower. Also I often cant join or create XBL Parties or chat.

I really do believe that update did something bad behind the scenes.

Also, I noticed that NHL 10 accesses XBL a lot more then it should. It seems to try to be connecting to it all the time… often for no apparent reason. It has made it so that I am unplugging XBL when I play, just to avoid issue (i been getting freeze's when the game cant connect to EA Servers).

I've been playing off-line [NHL 10] and it's froze about 3 times for me. Mainly at face-offs.

have the 360 version. hasn't frozen per say, but it takes extremely long to load the opening menu, as well as other menus (such as loading my HD so i can choose a file to load etc…) could appear frozen to some, but i just wait it out and eventually it works.
no issues with gameplay other than my general lack of ability to score.
