Madden 10 Patch #1 Issues Update

real issue… i finally see a lineman get a free shot at the QB after his tea party in the pocket
of course, and instead of chasing the man with the ball(NO PLAY ACTION) he does a snake
S PATTERN move to allow the QB MORE SECONDS TO THROW THE BALL…TD!!!!
fix the tackling, at least 2 broken tackles for unknowns, 3 or more for star players,
and WR catching and that will be a Game,DB's(5th string) run my route better than me and catch how
i should catch, i tipped more pix than i can count, with every WR damn near
if their defense gives me 1 to 3 seconds to pass, guess what? fix that (majority)!!not 3 to their 19sec.

most of the complaints on here sound like u need to wipe your game off,
all u play clock people, look at the replay,is he out or did u want him to be out.

i too average a kickoff return or 2 every game.

Yea the pursuit is still fucked up, Instead of taking a bad downward angle towards the ball carrier, they take stupid up ward angel toward the sideline which causes them to get outran in the stretch, oh well, good thing 2k10 bout to come out

Noticed some frame rate issues now. Not smooth anymore. Seems to be jerky every few seconds sometimes on 360. Hey Pasta – you did a NCAA load time vs. written to hard drive comparison. How about one for Madden?

please add import NCAA draft classes to online franchise… Tim Tribow, come on thats just dumb

every game has add ons that u have to buy not just madden so get over it.

Auto-substitution is wacked also. My #1 RB got injured during the game, so the #2 RB was subbed in. WHen he got tired, the #3 RB got subbed in. Next thing I know, the #2 RB was no where to be found. He was not on the depth chart nor the list of injured. Instead, when the #3 RB got tired, the #4 RB who is on the season ending injured reserve got subbed in.

also, the opposite field goal posts (behind the kicker) are usually missing on kickoffs

EA, Are you guys going too give us the uniforms that are not in the game ? Or do we have too pay for this too ? The Clev. Browns with brown pants, the Jac. Jaguars, new uniforms, The Sea. Seahawks lime green jerseys. Come on you guys got a contract with the NFL You should know what the teams are going to wear!!! Last year was the same shit there were teams uniforms that was not there. And you guys did nothing about it. I'm getting sick of this shit. I have bought Madden every year from day 1, I have even bought it when my kids were growing up and i was planing to buy it for my grandkids. So do something about it. Or you can count us out of ever buying it again!!!!

Pasta the game freezes up when you export two created teams and try to play a regular game on play now mode. I have madden saved on my harddrive. Can you look into this

slants out of the backfield, although not a critical issue, is broken. The running back walks his route if you hot route him to a slant. The out route seems ok but on a slant he walks/jogs in the shadow of the linebacker not matter the speed of the linebacker or the runningback. Some probably say good, it was cheese anyway but is was helpful to have a dump off that wasn't going to have your running back at the line of scrimmage or up the corners a$$. Come on EA, the way you fix it is making a player walk the route? Seriously?

only thing i notice is the Team info during the game, Laggy running in open field, and Precision Passing is a little off. all of tihs is Post Patch.

where and how do i download patches for Madden 10 for ps2? thanks for any help…Mark

I haven't seen any glaring issues playing online, or online franchise….at least EA got NHL 10 right AGAIN this year…..

How come after this new patch, can I now now return 4 kickoffs a game in franchise mode with felix jones. my team just knocks everybody down. i hate taht. i just run out of bounds around the 40 now.

They said they fixed it when d linemen run away from the offensive line and they still end up doing it when im doing moves outside of the tackle with my Defensive Ends

My game and like 15 other people in my madden league have loaded our created teams get to play one series and game freezes. if it was just mine i would return game and get new one, but all of us are having the same problem! I love madden but this is crazzy

Um now when your passing and you hot route the rb in the backfield they do a slow jog before they run there route

TWO PROBLEMS- I noticed that when a DB gets injured and comes back into the game he will REPEATEDLY go offsides b4 making his way over to the WR sometimes triggering encroachment sometimes not. I also noticed was playing a guy using a 1 WR set he audibled then went back to the original play he called and my coverage would get blown EVERYTIME didn't notice this problem till post patch he was using the Falcons IDK if it was the team, the playbook used, or just a glitch that came with the patch

you guys need to hurry up and fix this patch we waited log enough for the game to come out now were have issues already where are the lime green jerseys also ea legacy pack is awesome but we should be able to wear our throwbacks and the old helmets in franshise mode can you put that in the 2 patch also and how come ncaa college football has teambuilder and madden does not everone wants the team builder we are tired of the same logos we want to create our own team and staduim that is why we need the team builder

There is one glaring issue that EA has yet to solve and that is the number of dropped passes for the user. I have yet to go a single game on madden without a receiver or tight end dropping a wide open pass. I am not asking for 100% completions, I fully understand that drops are apart of the game but it is way out of hand. There is no worse feeling than being faced with 3rd and long, you read the whole in the zone and your quaterback makes a precise pass, but goes straight through the hands of the wide-out , so please EA fix this major issue.

One of my Dbs just got injured and i put him back in but the bastard kept going offsides. I thought the other guy was making him do it so i called him a cheater. Then i figured it out and took him out of the game thankfully because one more time and i would of got booted for delaying the game too much. They really need to fix that fast!

When I play with the Cowboys and it shows team facts, it posts facts for like the Bears when i'm playing with Dallas.
