Well Cabrillo I told you I am a fan of a good basketball game and dont care who makes it, as long as they make a good playable sim game and for the past years 2k has done that, 2k maybe still be ahead of live but live looks soo much better this year and I will actually play it instead of letting it collect dust as usual.

So 2K10 hasn't improved from last year? I'm not saying it hasn't, but the logic that some people use on here based upon just looking at scores, I just had to ask.

So Live has a 17 point improvement and 2K has a 0 point improvement? At what point did I say I was vested in Live coming out on top? I think you have me confused with a fan boy. I've always taken notice in which areas of the game reflect better basketball.

8.2 without their Dynamic Season not even taken into account because of the fact the season hasn't started.

For years 2K fans have said "it's all about game play, not gimmicks" and it appears to be the consensus that Live has either matched or surpassed 2K's game play, hence why 2K went after a "career mode" to try and make their game appear fresh.

Take the CZAR for example on Operations Sports. He really broke down each game last year well, and this year look at his review.

Point is, a .3 difference isn't much, and 2K is probably sweating bullets because thats going to translate into a loss of sales because that is their biggest sports franchise. Either 2K11 has to be revolutionary or this could become a catastrophe.

IGN review of NBA 2K10: 8.5, still the game to beat and still better than LIVE. Stop denying that 2K10 isn't the better game still and stop saying that LIVE is back, cause 2K is still the Champ.
