- The alternate uniform for the Seahawks is confirmed to be included in the next patch for Madden 10. No word on if there will be any other additions or adjustments to uniforms within the patch or an estimate on when it may be out. I think it would be great if they were able to include the pink accessories celebrating National Breast Cancer Awareness Month that will be seen throughout October in the NFL.
- The free Madden 10 Online Franchise app for the iPhone has been out for about a week now. Has anyone gotten a chance to try it out? How useful is it?
- There are now NFL avatar jerseys available on the XBL Marketplace for 320 MS points ($4) which you can view here. That, to me, is a ridiculous price and they don’t even look all that good especially since you’re stuck with the 00 number. Playstation Home also has the jerseys available and you can read about that here.
- Nothing really has been discussed about Madden Arcade since it was announced back on August 4th. The downloadable only game will be releasing this holiday season. The first sign of it has arrived though as Donny Moore has started talking about it on Twitter. The game will have 10 players from each team, and you may want to tweet him about which players you’d prefer because of the limited slots. For example there will only be one linebacker so he is asking Bears fans whether that should be Brian Urlacher or Lance Briggs.
- The PS3 demo for NBA 2K10 will not be out until Thursday October 15th due to the demo exclusivity 2K granted to MS.
- Will be setting up a time to meet and play some NBA Live 10 Live Run with the Pastapadre squad, probably on Saturday. Keep an eye out for a posting beforehand. If you’d like to join in make sure to request to join the squad which can also be done from the website.
- Currently working on compiling online impressions for NBA Live 10 and NBA 2K10. Expect those within the next few days.

Pasta what did the patch for NBA 2k10 do? they just released the game so Im shocked they would release a patch right after release.

Most games have that initial patch, its just for making sure the game meets MS requirements. That has been out for at least a week before release. It isn't a fix for anything people are having problems with now.

I probably would've grabbed it for .99 but yeah that's over half the cost of the Madden AFL DLC which was about providing actual value.

Would love to dress my mini-me up in a Seahawks classic jersey (with logo on sleeve) or the new lime greens….Or an old Eagles jersey from the early 80's….

hope they fix the Eagles' helmet on the 1980's throwback. It's the same as the current helmet, but should be a lighter green and no black on the wings.

Pasta, why do you continually post lies about the exclusivity of the 2K demo? Has anyone at 2K told you that the demo was exclusive for two weeks? No, because the reason why the demo is not yet out yet is because of a completely separate issue- and not exclusivity. If you want to be taken seriously as a gaming journalist, then you should probably try to find some truth and balance in your reporting. Maybe you should ask questions, rather than just making things up.

But WTF is up with the D/C I might be wrong but I don't remember taking an automatic L if you got D/C in previous Maddens for this gen, I was winning 42-14 in the 4th quarter got D/C & STILL GOT THE LOSS!!!!! I was on a 15 game win streak they gotta patch that my DNF is 4% from D/C I haven't quit once they gotta think of a new way because taking losses win no matter what a victory would've been the outcome of the game is outrageous!!!!!
