Another Week With No Madden 10 Roster Update

Yet another week will go by without a roster update for Madden 10. The next update will be arriving on Friday December 11th. That makes it now only two updates in the last seven weeks and will make for the second consecutive three week break. Considering the way things have been going and the upcoming holidays one has to wonder if the next to come won’t end up being the last until the playoffs. As I discussed in this article the roster updates have really taken a turn for the worse this year.

So what i would do if my job was to update the SF 49ers roster this is what i would come up with for this upcoming update…

Upgrades:
QB Alex Smith from a 74 OVR to a 77 OVR. He has played great since taking over for Hill and now he is starting to make quicker, more accurate decisions in the pocket.

WR Michael Crabtree from a 80 OVR to a 82 OVR, The guy is making plays that nobody thought he would do after missing that much time. He is great after the catch and he Snags the ball out of the air… he started at 84 OVR and i feel he will get there eventually after a few more solid games.

LB Manny Lawson from a 75 OVR to a 78 OVR, Last 3 games he has harrased the QB… leads team in sacks… and he is considered a top coverage LB,

Downgrades:
RT Adam Snyder from 78 OVR to a 74 OVR. He has given up the MOST sacks of any RT this year… ANY 1!!!! he is terrible and should be replaced easily when Staley comes back… Barry Sims should get his job untill next years draft…

WR Issac Bruce from 77 OVR to a 73 OVR. i love the guy… we were very fortunate to have him as a mentor to our very young WR corp, but he has lost 3 steps and now just sat out of a game by coaches decision, not because he was injured, because he was not needed… the only reason he is in 70's should be his AWR rating at a 99 LOL.

SS Michael Lewis from 80 OVR to a 75 OVR. yes he makes tackles, but is terrible in pass COV… i mean terrible. also his angles are gross… it looks like he thinks he is one of the fastest players when all our LB's outrun him downfield…

Now i feel there are more ups and downs, but these are the ones that stick out the most. And there should be a limit on how many moves are made… 10 players go up on the 'boys sometimes and its just hilarious…

PROTEST AT NFL OFFICES. STOP POSTING ON PASTE SITE AND EMAIL THE NFL OFFICES. They probably dont even look at these suggestions. send letters to Goodell offices. To the stadiums…heck the owners and their staff about the complaints on the game.
If 50 PETA protestors could get them to make a decision with Vick. Start harrasing the NFL. They can put pressure on EA for sure.

Seriously notifiy the NFL offices with calls and written complaints and if the NFL pulls their license for not supporting their product with what the EA claims or misrepresents. Backbreaker could be hot with the NFL license.
